When we were first appointed as Constables over fifteen years ago we soon realized that the market didn’t have much available to help run and grow our business. The few options that did exist were either specifically designed for process servers (NOT Constables), or were outdated, non-web-based, with large upfront costs only capable of installation on one computer. So we decided to create our own customized application to fit our businesses unique needs.
We partnered with one of the leading providers of online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, Salesnet® CRM, to create the original version of Due Process Solutions (DPS). We invested countless hours and capital over the next fifteen years using, improving and perfecting this application helping us to become one of the largest Constable businesses in the state.
Now we want to share this product with all Constables. To help Constables build their business by providing the tools, technology, training and support to produce a better solution for their customers, helping them gain respect as professional law enforcement officers.
