This customization is done with clicks, not complicated code requiring technical knowledge.
We designed specific Processes for each type of service that guide you through step by step from beginning to end. From initial job entry to completing your return of service and billing, each Process ensures work is completed correctly and on-time.
Layouts are where all necessary data is entered and stored in each respective data Field. Using the Entry Layout you initially create each job entering the necessary information. As work is completed on that service this data is historically saved for future reference.
Fields are used to store all data respective to the Account, Contact, Lead or Recipient (Service Request) you are working on. There are various types of Fields including key-in, picklist, date and time, currency, calculated and more. Each Field is specifically designed to accurately store that data.
List Pages are used to search through Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Recipients (Service Requests) both open and finished. By choosing what information you want to search by using the filtering and grouping options you can quickly find anything in seconds.
Contained inside the application is your own Document Library that store all documents you use to assist in operating your business. You can organize your documents into folders for easy access and reference.
Tabs appear along the top of your DPS Account for quickly navigating around the application. You can add your own Custom Tabs that link to websites that you use most often with the ability to set the tab names and order in which they appear.
